High Wind Warning in effect for Adak from Feb09 6AM - Feb09 6PM. 
...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM HAST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 55 mph with gusts up to 85 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Central Aleutians.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM HAST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property,
and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak winds are expected late Thursday
morning through Thursday afternoon as a strong low and
associated front move across the Central Aleutians. Significant
reductions in visibility are possible in blowing snow. However,
there remains some uncertainty with how quickly snow will
transition to rain.
