Wilmington Police arrest Dover man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a Dover man on drug charges.
On February 6 at approximately 2:48 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 200 block of North Harrison Street when they observed 24-year-old Isaac Lecompte of Dover engaging in drug activity. Police took Lecompte into custody without incident and recovered .063 grams of heroin.
Lecompte has been charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver.
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $10,000 secured bail.
