Due to Lincolns Birthday and Presidents day Metuchen Public Works will be closed on the following Monday’s February 13th for Lincolns Birthday and February 20th for Presidents Day. If you are in the NW quadrant and put your garbage and recycling out on Monday’s you will need to put your cans out Monday night for Tuesday the 14th and Tuesday the 21st for garbage and recycling collection. If you are in the SW quadrant and put your garbage and recycling out on Tuesday’s you will need to put your cans out Tuesday night for Wednesday the 15th and Wednesday the 22nd for garbage and recycling collection . If you are in the SE and NE quadrant and put your garbage and recycling cans out Wednesday for Thursday collection or Thursday for Friday collection there is no change to your garbage and recycling collection.
