KEY POINTS
•             High Wind Watch from Thursday morning through Thursday evening
•             Southeast winds 40 to 50 mph, gusts to 75 mph possible
Impacts
•             High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages
•             Travel will be difficult

•             Winds: Eastern Aleutians, including Unalaska and Nikolski: Southeast winds 40 to 50 mph, gusts up to 75 mph

Weather Summary
Another strong upper low will make its way into the Bering on Thursday. With it an attendant front will bring gusty southeasterly winds to the Aleutians and also the Alaska Peninsula. Southeasterly winds of 40 to 50 mph could gust to as high as 75 mph across the Eastern Aleutians. Additionally, moderate to heavy precipitation combined with the strong winds may also lead to reduced visibility across the region.
