* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water is breaking out of the banks and flooding low lying areas along the river. At 12.0 feet, Some flooding in City Park and in River Bend Campground. Water may be near homes along the riverbank.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet by tomorrow morning (Feb 09). - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
