INCIDENT: Death Investigation
LOCATION: North Etiwanda Preserve, Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Adult Male
SUMMARY: On February 8, 2023, a hiker located the body of deceased male off the Etiwanda Falls trailhead, in the North Etiwanda Preserve.
Deputies and detectives responded to the scene and conducted an investigation. The initial investigation did not indicate any signs of foul play. The cause and manner of death is currently under investigation by the San Bernardino County Coroner's Division. The identity of the decedent is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
