* WHAT...Blizzard conditions occurring. Snow accumulations of up to one inch. Wind gusts to 40 mph possible. Reduced visibilities to one quarter mile.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less at times. The cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and gusty northeasterly winds will persist into this evening, bringing blizzard conditions to the Kuskokwim Delta. The worst conditions are expected along the coast, but could push as far inland as Bethel.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KUSKOKWIM DELTA
