Eastbound Elm Street between Green Street & Court Street Reduced to One Lane 
Effective today (2/13) between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., eastbound Elm Street (IL Route 120) from Green Street to Court Street will be reduced to one lane due to a street light repair near 3433 W Elm Street. The outside eastbound lane will be closed during this time.
