Good afternoon,

As as result of the winter storm occuring Sunday night, and the resulting power outages, the following facilities are known to be impacted as follows:

• City Office: Office & ATM will be closed.  Phone systems are non functional.  Email is the only method of communication working at the moment.
• Clinic: Operating on an emergency basis.  Call the on-call cell or VHF marine channel 16. 
• Airport Terminal: All passengers intending to travel on Wednesday's outbound should come as early as possible to ensure any complications can be addressed in sufficient time.  Cargo will not be accepted.  The terminal will open at 9 AM.
• Post Office: Limited service on Tuesday.  Outbound mail received will not be transported until Saturday's flight.
• Library: Closed
• Long Distance: Calls may or may not go out as expected.  Expect multiple attempts to connect.  Inbound calls may not work as anticipated.

In consultation with the electric utility, additional staff will arrive Wednesday to assist in reparing the issues.  Power is anticipated to be restored Wednesday night.
