* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches.

* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway and Haines Borough and Klukwan.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest snowfall rates expected after midnight with highest accumulations along the Chilkat Peninsula and near White Pass. Some mixing with rain is possible near sea level Wednesday afternoon. Snow may continue beyond the advisory timeframe for White Pass, but at a reduced rate.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MUNICIPALITY OF SKAGWAY ... HAINES BOROUGH AND KLUKWAN
