DETAILS: Patrol Units were detailed to Lowe’s for two suspects who attempted to shoplift and left the store when they were confronted. The two suspects were located by patrol in front of another business. Investigation found that the two suspects loaded a shopping cart full of expensive power tools, but store employees were able to stop them before they exited the store with the merchandise. One of the suspected shoplifters, Kollie Hill, provided a false name to officers. After determining his true identity, he was found to be a fugitive that was “Wanted” by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, and also had a warrant for his arrest from Lawrence Township. Kollie was processed at WWPD Headquarters and committed to the Mercer County Corrections Center.

DETAILS: While on patrol, Sgt. W. Jones observed a dark Toyota sedan improperly pass a vehicle on the left side at a high rate of speed through the intersection of Clarksville Rd. and North Post Rd. Sgt. W. Jones was able to catch up to the vehicle and initiated a stop. During the stop, the driver, John Ramsey, was determined to be DWI. Ramsey was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending future court dates.

DETAILS: Ptl. T. Hoffman #5110 was detailed to Ulta Beauty to take a report for shoplifting. Investigation found that a female suspect loaded a shopping basket full of designer fragrances and other merchandise valued at $3,116.00, and left the store without paying. The suspect got into a blue Chevrolet sedan and left the area, only to be apprehended later at the Ulta Beauty in North Brunswick where she was once again shoplifting. After North Brunswick Police finished processing Malloy, she was turned over to WWPD. Malloy was subsequently processed at WWPD Headquarters. During processing Malloy was found to be in possession of small glass pipe with burnt drug residue. She was committed to the Mercer County Corrections Center.

DETAILS: While on patrol, Ptl. Siani observed a red Hyundai sedan stopped in the shoulder of the roadway. The car was running and the windows were fogged up. When Ptl. Siani approached the car, he found the driver asleep behind the wheel. Investigation determined that Victor Concepcion was intoxicated. Concepcion was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending future dates with West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS: Traffic and Patrol Units were detailed to a crash involving a vehicle that rolled over. Officers arrived to find debris scattered across several lanes of the highway, and a heavily damaged black VW sedan about 20 feet off of the roadway. Casey Wallace-Walker was lying next to the car. He claimed that he was not driving the car, and the driver had walked away. However, investigation revealed that Wallace-Walker was traveling at a high rate of speed, had cut sharply to the right almost hitting a car, then went off road where his vehicle struck a utility pole and fire hydrant, and rolled over. Wallace-Walker was determined to be DWI and charged. He transported to the hospital for evaluation.

Jallah had selected $394.20 worth of merchandise which she put into a shopping cart. She proceeded to go to the self-checkout where she scanned and paid for $37.73 worth of the items. The rest of the unpaid items she placed into shopping bags, and attempted to leave the store when she was detained by Asset Protection. Jallah was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at Mercer County Superior Court.
