Winter Storm Warning until 12:00PM Thursday

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Snow accumulations of 5 to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Hamilton, York and Gosper Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall is expected to increase across Interstate 80 and areas north of Interstate 80 during the afternoon and evening hours, with the highest accumulations expected from roughly 6 PM Wednesday through around 6 AM Thursday morning. There will be a sharp cutoff in snowfall amounts on the north side of this snow band, with areas just north of the band likely receiving much less snow than is forecast in the warning.
