INCIDENT: Brandishing a Weapon, Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: 13000 Block of Via Del Lago Circle, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Alex Flores, 67-Year-Old Male Resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): 47-Year-Old Male Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Sunday, February 12, 2023, at approximately 5:38 p.m., Deputy DeCoud from the Victorville Police Department was dispatched to an altercation between two neighbors, on Via Del Lago Circle in Victorville.
The suspect, Alex Flores, started an argument with the victim. Flores threw a hammer at the victim, which hit Flores’ own vehicle. Then Flores brandished a kitchen knife and ran toward the victim with the knife in his hand. The victim was not injured by the knife. Flores was arrested for misdemeanor brandishing a weapon, and felony assault with a deadly weapon. He remains in custody with a bail amount set at $50,000.
