* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, sleet accumulations less than a quarter inch, and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting 30 to 35 mph could produce blowing and drifting snow northwest of the IL river this afternoon and evening, especially in rural open areas of Knox and Stark counties.
