* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1228 PM CST, Heavy rainfall has occurred from last night into this morning. Between 3 and 9 inches of rain has fallen. Flooding is ongoing. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
