PUBLIC NOTICE - SCHEDULED HYDRANT FLOW TESTING & FLUSHING IN SOMERSET, MA

The Town of Somerset Water Department will be conducting hydrant inspections today, February 16th, 2023, which will include flow testing and flushing in the area of Read Street, from Irving Avenue to Park Street, and moving south into the neighborhood of Irving Avenue.

Please note residents in the area of Read Street, Park Avenue, Pleasant View Avenue, Travers Street, Alfred Street, Antrim Street, Locust Street, Mason Avenue, Winslow Avenue, Alberta Avenue, Seaver Avenue, Ivanhoe Avenue, and Irving Avenue could experience some temporary discoloration of their water and or loss of water pressure due to the hydrant inspections and flushing operations. As a precaution, please check your water before using. Somerset Water Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
