* Until 1230 AM CST.
* At 923 PM CST, Emergency management reported heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring and water rescues are ongoing. Portions of I-65 are closed due to flooding in Cullman. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Cullman, Hanceville, Good Hope, Holly Pond, Dodge City, Baldwin, Vinemont, Baileyton, Eva, Phelan, Joppa and Smith Lake.

Instructions:
