OKLAHOMA CITY (February 17, 2023) – Agents from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), assisted by officers from the Oklahoma City Police Department Southwest Division and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), arrested Steven Dwayne Ravia on multiple child pornography allegations.
 
The case originated in November of 2019 when the Quachita Parish Sheriff’s Office in Monroe, Louisiana, was requested to investigate the solicitation of sexual images from a minor by an adult. After numerous search warrants and subpoenas were served, the alleged suspect was believed to live in Oklahoma City.
 
The OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit opened an investigation in April 2021 after receiving the request from the Quachita Parish Sheriff’s Office. Based on the OSBI investigation, a search warrant was served in the 6700 block of South May Avenue in Oklahoma City yesterday. Ravia was arrested without incident and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
 
Ravia is currently facing charges of Facilitating Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Exhibit Obscene Material or Child Pornography to a Minor Child and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
