About the Citizen Survey

The citizen survey is used to gain your perspectives on local issues such as quality of life, development/growth, services provided by the City and future priorities by asking you to:

• Prioritize City services and benefits you care about most.
• Rate current services and benefits provided by the City.

Results from the citizen survey will be used over the next several years to refine the City’s comprehensive master plan, evaluate future projects and shape the City’s annual budget.

If you or someone you know needs help accessing the survey, please contact the Richland Hills Public Library. The Library has Wi-Fi and computers available, and Library staff are able to help residents access the survey if needed.
