* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Pocahontas.

* WHEN...Until 245 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of Knapp Creek is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1216 PM EST, The automated gauge on Knapp Creek in Huntersville indicated the creek had recently crested at 9.82 feet and is slowly falling. The creek will recede to within its banks this afternoon. At stages of 9 feet, farmland, fields, and out buildings next to Knapp Creek and Browns Creek flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Huntersville and Minnehaha Springs. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: POCAHONTAS, WV
