14-year-old Neo Nogoseka is a missing/runaway juvenile who was last seen at the Brownell Junior High School dance on February 17, 2023.  Neo left the Brownell campus prior to the conclusion of the dance and was wearing black hooded sweater, black pants, Doc Marten shoes and a black mask.  A recent photograph is attached to this alert, however, Neo has since had his braces removed.  Neo is known to frequent parks throughout Gilroy. 
 
Neo has brown hair, gray eyes, is 5’2”, and weights 100 lbs.
