911 call leads to arrest of Haubstadt man on multiple charges. 
On February 18, 2023, at 2:07 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a physical disturbance that was in progress in the area of 1000 block of South Quail Crossing near Haubstadt, Indiana. Upon arriving Deputy Bryan Small began an investigation into the incident. Upon speaking to all parties involved in the incident he placed 53 year old Bret Stinson of Haubstadt into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Stinson was charged with Battery, Strangulation, and Resisting Law Enforcement. He has since posted a $1500 bond.
Assisting Deputy Small in his investigation was Deputies Bart Wagner, Logan Lashbrook, and Loren Barhcett.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
