Sandbags Available to Chula Vista Residents This Week 
In preparation for this week's rainy weather forecast, Chula Vista residents can obtain up to ten free sandbags at the Public Works facility located at 1800 Maxwell Road. Proof of residency is required. Sandbags will be available from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Tuesday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday. Follow the signs to the sandbag distribution area.
Reminder to all drivers: if your windshield wipers are on, it is the law that your headlights also must be on. Be careful when driving through large puddles and potential flooded areas and please slow down on wet roads. Stay safe!
