* WHERE...Central Highlands, Eastern Lincoln County, Curry County, De Baca County, Guadalupe County, Quay County, Roosevelt County, Eastern San Miguel County, Northeast Highlands, and Southwest Chaves County.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 5 PM MST this afternoon. For the second Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 7 PM MST Tuesday. For the High Wind Watch, from Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
