* WHERE...Upper Rio Grande Valley and Eastern San Juan Mountains.
* WHEN...From 5 PM Tuesday to 5 AM MST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact travelers over Wolf Creek Pass. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
