Tonkawa Phone Lines Restored 
AT&T has restored the Tonkawa Non-Emergency and Emergency Lines. Citizens may, once again, use these lines if Police/Fire/EMS Services are needed. Non-Emergency Line: (580) 628-2516 Emergency Line: 911 T-Mobile Cell Services are still down and it is not known when they will be restored. Thank you for your cooperation. Thank you to Ponca City Police Department and Kay County Sheriff Office for fielding Tonkawa’s calls during this outage.
