The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.
* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any wildfires that develop could be difficult to control and will likely spread rapidly.
* AFFECTED AREAS: VAL VERDE ... EDWARDS ... REAL ... KERR ... BANDERA ... KINNEY ... UVALDE ... MEDINA ... MAVERICK ... ZAVALA ... FRIO
