The northbound lane of Elm Street will be closed south of 60th Street (near Elm School) from 8AM to 6PM today, February 21st. The southbound lane will remain open. Two-way traffic will be maintained and controlled by flaggers in the open lane; however, seek alternate routes such as Garfield Avenue or County Line Road if possible.
