* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west central Michigan.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could become very difficult. The hazardous conditions will greatly impact the Wednesday evening commute.
