* WHERE...Allegan, Barry, Eaton, Ingham, Calhoun and Jackson counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will greatly impact the Wednesday evening commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEGAN ... BARRY ... EATON ... INGHAM ... CALHOUN ... JACKSON
