* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 9 AM CST Wednesday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 9 AM Wednesday to noon CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
