* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Any snow and sleet that develops in the morning hours is expected to change to freezing rain for the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to be just below freezing and icing should be confined to mostly elevated surfaces. Temperatures rise above 32 degrees by early evening supporting just rain for the late evening.
