* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches.
* WHERE...Matanuska Valley.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 9 PM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin early Thursday morning. The snow is likely to mix with sleet and freezing drizzle across the lower elevations during the late morning and early afternoon hours before changing back to all snow late afternoon. Localized higher snow accumulations are expected in Hatcher Pass.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MATANUSKA VALLEY
