WRPS School Closings 
All WRPS schools (as well as private / parochial schools) will also be closed on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 AND Thursday, February 23, 2023. Both of these days will be virtual/ offsite learning days. All school activities are also canceled for both days. Please check www.wrps.org for more information.
The closure for Wednesday is due to anticipated snow amounts of 4 to 6 inches by tomorrow morning as well as the predicted afternoon conditions with increased snowfall rates along with strong winds and drifting starting at around 3 to 4:00 p.m. in our area. The closure on Thursday is due to very high confidence that we will be receiving 6 to 10 inches of snow on top of what has fallen by Wednesday morning as well as the possibility of blizzard-like conditions throughout the day Thursday.
