The City of Somersworth has declared an emergency parking ban; no on-street parking will be allowed City Wide beginning at:
 
·       11:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22 2023 and ending at 11 p.m. on Thursday, February 23 2023.
 
Downtown parking will be allowed starting at 8:00 a.m. Thursday, February 23rd in the following areas:
·        Government Way
·        Station Street
·        John Parsons Drive
·        Main Street (Market to Washington)
·        Washington Street
·        Constitutional Way
·        Market Street
·        High Street (Market to Constitutional Way)
 
All vehicles parked on City streets with the exception of the listed Downtown streets will be ticketed and towed when the ban is in effect. 
 
A winter storm watch is in effect for Somersworth from late Wednesday night through Friday early morning.
