Flood Advisory until 03:30PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Blackford, Grant and Wells.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1222 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms over the area. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain has already fallen so far today. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inch are expected in the next 1 to 2 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee, Van Buren, Sims, Converse, Fowlerton, Lake Wood, Arcana, Home Corner, Hanfield, Landess, Michaelsville and Roll. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
