Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHEN...For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 11 PM PST Thursday. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 9 PM Friday to 4 PM PST Saturday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 11 PM Thursday to 8 PM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
