* WHERE...Portions of Illinois and northwest Indiana, including the following counties, in Illinois, Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kankakee, La Salle, Livingston and Will. In northwest Indiana, Benton, Jasper and Newton.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 122 PM CST, doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain has already fallen across southern Ford and southern Iroquois counties where nearly 2 inches of rain has already fallen today. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to locally 2 inches are expected over the advisory area. This additional heavy rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Bradley, Streator, Pontiac, Manteno, Rensselaer, Watseka, Paxton, Dwight, DeMotte, Fairbury, Gibson City, Momence, Fowler, Gilman, Kentland, Herscher, Clifton and Milford. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
