WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?? 

• Professional facilitators will staff the Open House for a two hour period to engage with residents and to help identify needs, wants and wishes for a Fair Haven Community Center.

• They are providing aerial maps, site plans and floor plans for residents to review and allow them the opportunity to give feedback..
   
• Facilitators will provide sticky notes, large paper, and large flip charts.  Following conversations with residents regarding specific requests, the facilitator will then jot down those requests in specific areas directly on the flip chart.  Residents are encouraged to engage in conversations with the facilitator.
   
• Facilitators will document all resident suggestions.
