Wilmington Police arrest man on gun charge: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man and recovered a loaded firearm.
On February 15 at approximately 3:36 p.m., members of the Street Crimes Unit were in the 2400 block of N. Tatnall Street when they observed 23-year-old Zy Lier Carter acting in a suspicious manner. Police made contact with Carter, and following a brief investigation recovered a loaded .357-caliber revolver. Police took Carter into custody without incident.
Carter was charged with the following offense:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
