* WHAT...Significant icing. Total ice accumulations around a quarter inch.

* WHERE...Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There have been several reports of ice accumulations already exceeding a tenth of an inch on trees. Moderate to briefly heavy freezing rain will persist through the rest of the evening before ending around or shortly after midnight. Locations near Lake Erie will have less ice accumulations due to the influence of the lake.
