* WHERE...Portions of Indiana and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, in Indiana, Allen IN, Cass IN, De Kalb, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Kosciusko, La Porte, Lagrange, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Pulaski, St. Joseph, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, White and Whitley. In southwest Michigan, Berrien, Cass MI and St. Joseph MI.
* WHEN...Until 845 PM EST /745 PM CST/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Road ponding will also be likely which can make travel hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 637 PM EST /537 PM CST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
