**Update: Missing juvenile has been located.** Lilyanna Ortega is described as a 12 year old white female juvenile, 5'03 110 pounds with brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. Lilyanna was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark sweats. She was last seen on 02/22/2023 at her residence in Clearlake.
