City of East Lansing Offices Will Have a Delayed Opening on Thursday, Feb. 23 
Community members are advised that City of East Lansing offices will have a delayed opening at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23 due to inclement weather.
East Lansing City Hall, the East Lansing Department of Public Works (DPW), the East Lansing Hannah Community Center and the East Lansing Public Library will be opening at 10 a.m.
The East Lansing 54B District Court will be closed for in-person hearings, walk-in arraignments and payments. All remote hearings will proceed as scheduled. More info on the court closure here: https://www.cityofeastlansing.com/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=1848.
DPW crews will be continuing to clear and apply salt/brine to roads through the night.
