* WHERE...Big Belt, Bridger and Castle Mountains, Little Belt and Highwood Mountains, Meagher County Valleys, Cascade County below 5000ft and Eastern Pondera and Eastern Teton.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 11 AM MST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to Noon MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
