* WHERE...Northern Panhandle including: Skagway, Haines, Gustavus, Pelican, Hoonah, Juneau, and surrounding areas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to noon AKST Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday afternoon through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to reduced visibility and blowing snow. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light, dry, snow will fall Thursday night then greater rates are expected Friday afternoon and evening.
