* WHEN...Until Noon MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN PONDERA AND EASTERN TETON ... CASCADE COUNTY BELOW 5000FT ... LITTLE BELT AND HIGHWOOD MOUNTAINS ... BIG BELT, BRIDGER AND CASTLE MOUNTAINS ... MEAGHER COUNTY VALLEYS
