Wilmington Police arrest woman during in-progress burglary: 
The Wilmington Police have arrested a woman during a burglary in progress.
On February 20 at approximately 4:34 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 800 block of West 4th Street, in reference to a burglary in progress. Officers made contact with 40-year-old Latoya Watson and took her into custody without incident.
Watson was charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary 3rd Degree
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
