Good afternoon, 

We ask all residents to please wait to take garbage to the transfer station, if possible - especially any bulky waste. This will help us avoid closing the transfer station completely.

With the weather we have been having, it has been several days since Waste Management has been able to empty our bins. We're doing the best we can, but they are filling quickly. 

Everything is dependent on the weather. Our staff are working closely with Waste Management to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but right now, they do not know when they will be able to exchange our bins. With multiple closures of the 58, the landfill closure, and road conditions on unpaved roads, they are very backed up. We are hopeful that we'll be able to exchange bins Monday or Tuesday and return to normal operations.
