* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 9 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will peak during the mid to late afternoon hours, then gradually diminish this evening into the overnight hours.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALASKA PENINSULA
